This Czech Pilsner was based on traditional golden Pilsners of the Plzen region of the Czech
Republic. This recipe produces a golden coloured, medium bodied, crisp bittersweet lager. The classic beer contains approximately 4.7% alc./vol. *For a more traditional Czech Pilsner, substitute
the Norther Brewer hops with an amount of Saaz to extract 25 IBU bitterness. We also recommend dry-hopping this brew. Another CASK Original Cask World Book of Beer based on recipe OR#10
