Czech Pilsner
Produces 50 Liters:
Malt Extract
5 liters Cask Light Lager  Malt
1 liter Cask MEQ Malt
Colored Malts
150g. Munich Malt
100g. Dark Caramalt
Hops
Bittering: 70g. N.Brewer^*(8.0a.a.u.)
Mid-Boil: 55g. Saaz
Aroma: 65g.Saaz
Yeast
50 grams Cask Pilsner yeast⁺

This Czech Pilsner was based on traditional golden Pilsners of the Plzen region of the Czech Republic. This recipe produces a golden coloured, medium bodied, crisp bittersweet lager.
The classic beer contains approximately 4.7% alc./vol.
*For a more traditional Czech Pilsner, substitute the Norther Brewer hops with an amount of Saaz  to extract 25 IBU bitterness. We also recommend dry-hopping this brew.
